As an MBA Operations & Strategy Manager, you will be assigned to a core team but will work across the ecosystem to drive high-impact initiatives: Strategic Planning & Analytics (Strategy Team) - Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis on the competitive landscape (O 2 O/ F&B) and consumer behavior to identify new growth levers and white-space opportunities. - Business Transformation: Lead end-to-end strategic projects to optimize internal workflows, from incentive restructuring to cross-functional GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies. - Performance Governance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and data frameworks to track the health of both the merchant and creator ecosystems. Merchant & Market Growth (Dine-In Team) - Market Expansion (0-1): Identify and hunt for high-potential partnership opportunities within the local services sector (Food, QSR, and beyond). - Consultative Partnerships: Manage a broad book of business, acting as a strategic advisor to help merchants adopt TikTok’s integrated marketing solutions. - Scalable Wins: Find "solutions that work" for one merchant and build the playbook to apply them across the entire category. Creator Ecosystem & Content (Creator Ops Team) - Incubation & Onboarding: Oversee lifestyle creator onboarding and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency. - Growth Strategy: Develop data-driven strategies to drive creator engagement and unique monetization opportunities within the local service space. - Product Advocacy: Serve as the "voice of the ecosystem" for Product and Engineering teams to help refine our local services tools and ad products. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Education: Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent advanced degree. - Experience: 1 years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Strategy, or Investment Banking. - Analytical Rigor: Ability to use data to tell a story and persuade partners to adopt new digital strategies. - Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate complex agreements and manage diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - Industry Acumen: Familiarity with the digital advertising, O 2 O (Online-to-Offline), or social media landscape. - Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience in a high-growth startup environment or "0-1" project phase where ambiguity is the norm. - Global Perspective: Experience working within international teams or managing cross-border business interests. - Product Fluency: A strong interest in how product features (like Search, LIVE, and POI) drive user behavior and merchant ROI.
