As part of the broader brand product team as an Intern, you will partner with Sales and Global Responsibility Marketing to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for our suite of brand products. - Help define the global go-to-market strategy for TikTok's market-leading brand innovation ad products, ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to the market - Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external measurement partners, to develop and execute go-to-market plans and create sales enablement content. - Partner closely with the sales team and clients to deeply understand and synthesize market needs and pain points to inform the direction of product development and influence roadmap - Build an understanding of TikTok advertising products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an MBA. - 2 yrs of strategy, consulting or digital ads marketing experience. - 1 years of experience in the digital advertising industry. - Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes. - Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences. - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026. Preferred Qualification: - A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. - A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis. - Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
