Design and build efficient and reliable data transformation pipelines for various business needs, including reporting, growth analysis, and multi-dimensional analysis. Develop and implement scalable, robust, and extensible big data systems that support core products and business operations. Perform data analysis, ingestion, and integration using Big Data technologies. Architect and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and ensure effective schema design and data modeling for analytical and operational use cases. Establish and promote engineering best practices for both technical and non-technical stakeholders working within the data platform ecosystem. Work cross-functionally with development teams and business customers to address issues and emerging requirements in data products. Mentor interns and junior data engineers. Requirements: Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and modeling data warehouse to support data analytics, reporting, and data applications; Implementing data warehouse and ETL processes using Hive, Spark, Hadoop, or SQL Server to optimize the data processing performance; Programming using SQL, Python, or Java; Performing data analysis, design, and development of highly efficient, reliable, and scalable ETL applications using SQL, C#, or Python; and Estimating SLAs for the data pipeline, and triaging and debugging data infrastructure issues.
