Lead commercial strategy and negotiations with new and existing measurement partners, including pricing frameworks, volume commitments, and renewals. - Own and scale TikTok’s global measurement partnerships portfolio across lift, outcomes, attribution, cross-media planning and measurement, and verification solutions. - Partner closely with Product, Partner Management, and Marketing Science to influence roadmap priorities and launch new measurement capabilities. - Evaluate emerging measurement technologies, methodologies, and partners, developing business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations aligned with TikTok’s measurement strategy. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product Strategy to operationalize partnerships and support advertiser adoption. - Represent TikTok in external partner engagements, industry forums, and strategic measurement initiatives. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or product partnerships, preferably within ad tech, media platforms, or measurement. - 3 years of direct business development experience with measurement - Strong understanding of advertising measurement methodologies, vendors, and industry standards. - Demonstrated experience negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements. - Proven ability to operate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing Science, Sales, Legal, and Finance. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience managing forecasts, pricing structures, and ROI analyses. - Excellent communication, executive-presence, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with or managing partnerships across the measurement ecosystem (e.g., lift, attribution, MMM, verification, cross-media). - Experience supporting global advertisers, agency holding companies, or large enterprise clients. - Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving measurement standards and privacy requirements.
