Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with GDLS processes. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on project success. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, providing regular updates and reports to leadership, stakeholders, and customers. Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company standards, and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools, leveraging industry best practices. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven success managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smart. Sheet, or equivalent). Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Preferred Qualifications:PMP, PRINCE 2, or other relevant project management certification. Experience in running IT projects in support of a Manufacturing organization. Familiarity with change management principles and tools.
