Perform installation, calibration, operation, and maintenance of flow monitors and rainfall gauges. Install monitoring equipment in sanitary sewer lines and at rainfall collection points. Collect and review sewer flow and rainfall data for accuracy and completeness. Conduct manhole inspections, either manually or with telemonitoring equipment. Execute flow isolations, smoke testing, dye water flooding, and site inspections. Maintain accurate records in alignment with quality work instructions. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness and safety. Adhere to all safety procedures, including confined space entry protocols. Act as the second crew member during field operations as needed. Complete all required training modules and certifications. Travel and work overtime as required. Support other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma. U.S. Citizenship required by law or government contract. Completion of company safety certification (Level 2) and Core Flow Monitoring training. Valid driver’s license; ability to pass drug screening and background check. Basic proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of electronics. Physically and cognitively capable of confined space entry and rescue operations. Comfortable working outdoors and in sewer environments. Willingness to travel and meet daily productivity expectations
