Education:Associates Degree in Nursing, required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or above, preferred. Plus, you earn more with a higher nursing degree! License/ Certification:Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing required upon start. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association required upon start. Additional Certifications Required for Specific Units which must be obtained within 4-months of start date (Asante will assist new grads who will require additional certifications post hire). Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – NICU, Family Newborn. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Critical Care (ICU, CCU, IMCU), Cardiac Center, Emergency Room.
