Process Analysis & Improvement. Identify inefficiencies within standard FP&A processes. Evaluate the business value of addressing process gaps or inefficiencies. Document current-state processes and propose scalable improvements. AI-Enabled Workflow Development. Assist in designing AI-enabled process improvements. Help develop a repeatable, standard approach for leveraging AI in FP&A problem-solving. Apply judgment in determining when AI tools enhance analysis versus manual approaches. Financial Analysis & Decision Support. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed. Gather, analyze, and synthesize financial and operational data to inform insights. Executive Communication & Storytelling. Prepare reports, presentations, and written summaries of findings. Translate analysis into clear, concise insights for leadership and non-technical audiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to gather inputs and perspectives. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine analysis and recommendations Required Qualifications:Education & Experience Guidelines. Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Graduating December 2026 or later. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools Ability to synthesize information and communicate insights clearly, both verbally and in writing Comfortable working independently on defined projects while collaborating within a team environment High attention to detail and accuracy Prior experience or coursework in financial analysis, data analysis, or related areas is a plus. Occasional travel may be required. Understanding of basic financial statements and core FP&A concepts Familiarity with Saas business models and performance metrics (preferred, not required) Exposure to AI tools or automation concepts used in business or analytics contexts Location: This internship will be based in Minneapolis, MN for Summer 2026.
