Maintenance Technician Second Shift

Randstad is looking for a third-shift maintenance technician for a manufacturing company on Jacksonville's Southside to work from 3:15 PM to 11:30 AM Monday through Friday nights with weekends as required. You will perform preventive maintenance, and daily changeovers, fabricate, modify, and rebuild parts as required. A minimum of 3 years of electrical and mechanical experience will be required. salary: $56,000 - $60,500 per yearshift: Firstwork[ "\n\t. Perform daily machine change overs, as required by production.\n\t. Fabricate, modify, build and re-build machinery and equipment parts and molds to ensure proper and efficient operation.\n\t. Operate small equipment (forklifts and man lifts).\n\t. Inventory assistnace. \n\t. Work with Engineering on machinery and equipment issues.\n\t. Special projects as required.\n\t. Perform and document machine and equipment Preventive Maintenance.\n\t. Perform electrical, plumbing and facility maintenance, as required.\n\t. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.\n\t. PLC knowledge - hands-on experience with PLC a must and troubleshooting ability using software.\n\t. Electrical knowledge - 480-volt AC, 3 phase experience, plus 120-volt AC experience, plus 24-volt AC/ DC. experience, and use of digital volt meter.\n\t. Manufacturing electrical and mechanical experience.\n\t. Pneumatic controls and actuator experience.\n\t. Servo experience (this is more exposure and understanding, more intricate knowledge is definitely a bonus).\n\t. Familiar and ability to use basic shop and hand tool equipment, i.e., drills, bandsaws, grinders - (milling machine and lathe are a plus).\n\t. Welding experience is a bonus.\n\n.
