Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision? We are looking for a skilled Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. The core of the job includes: High-Precision Dimensional Inspection and Proficiency with "old school" but high-end precision tools like micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and bore gauges. Interpreting complex 2 D and 3 D technical drawings and applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing standards [ "\n\t\n\t. Advanced Inspection: Work from blueprints, specifications, and design drawings to verify manufactured parts and mechanisms against extremely tight tolerances.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Incoming & Vendor Quality: Inspect incoming materials and vendor-supplied items to ensure they align with engineering drawings and company standards before they hit the production floor.\n\t\n\t\n\t. In-Process & Final Validation: Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure parts fit perfectly during final assembly and maintain high standards for workmanship and appearance.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Calibration Management: Support and maintain the calibration system, ensuring all measuring equipment is accurate, up-to-date, and on a proper cycle.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Documentation: Prepare and maintain meticulous records, reports, and quality logs for all inspections.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly work area and strictly adhere to all prescribed safety regulations.\n\t\n\n.
