Time. Mon 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Tue 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Wed 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Thur 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Fri 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, operational disruptions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting activity to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or vendor entry requirements, and support vehicle and pedestrian traffic control in accordance with location procedures. Communicate with site contacts, drivers, employees, and visitors regarding rules, directions, and/or security-related concerns while maintaining detailed and accurate activity logs. Minimum Requirements:A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
