As a Security Officer X Ray Screening in PHOENIX, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.30 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and facility personnel by following site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies for a busy logistics and distribution location. Screen people, packages, bags, and/or personal items entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders, and report unusual findings, policy concerns, and/or prohibited items to site leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities when appropriate. Maintain accurate logs, screening records, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with supervisors, employees, and/or visitors regarding screening requirements and site expectations. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements:Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
