Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sun 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify suspicious behavior, unsecured access points, and/or other security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance issues. Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing routine reports, logs, and/or other post-related documentation. Minimum Requirements:Possess 2 or more years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience. Be 21 or more years of ageCPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
