Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM - Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM - Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying credentials and reporting unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations. Support daily operations by observing site conditions, reporting hazards, equipment issues, and/or maintenance concerns, and assisting with orderly traffic and pedestrian flow when needed. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
