Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location. Monitor front desk activity, manage access control processes, verify identification and visitor information, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site guidelines. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate. Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional front desk presence while helping to deter unauthorized access and policy violations. Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements:Alarm panel experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
