As a Security Officer Roving Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Mon 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM - Tue 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM - Wed 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM - Thur 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM - Fri 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help identify potential concerns and report observations. Monitor access points, observe site activity, and document incidents, conditions, and/or maintenance concerns according to post instructions. Communicate with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal personnel regarding site conditions, routine requests, and/or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements:At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
