Our DC/ Warehouse Inventory Associates are a vital part of our warehouse. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Duties and responsibilities include the following:Performing scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts with accuracy,performing inventory adjustments and corrections,reclass and resolution of damaged/rework items,Slotting/ Profiling of warehouse and inventory. Will be required to use a handheld radio frequency device (R. F. Unit) and tablets. Other related duties assigned based on business need. QUALIFICATIONS - Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Regular and Punctual Attendance is required. Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously without assistance. Works well independently and as a member of a team. Detail-oriented, with good math skills. Must have working knowledge of WMS system or other Warehouse Management System. Attention to Detail, Accuracy and Multi-tasking are mandatory. Requirements Must be able to follow detailed instructions. Must be able to remove, adjust, and add racking or shelving as necessary for slotting/profile projects. Must be able to work effectively with others both within and outside the department. Must be able to work at heights greater than ten (10) feet above floor level. Must be sufficiently flexible and resourceful to cope with the inherent uncertainties of the department i.e., perform. Required overtime, work various shifts as work and needs change. Completes projects and all other appropriate and reasonable duties that may be assigned. Proficient with use of computers, tablets, RF’s, scales and other tools. Must operate or be willing to certify on a variety of PIT, specifically SP/ OP (Job eligibility contingent on successful completion and certification of SP/ OP training).?Preferred Skills. Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements. Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
