The Project Manager will oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while leading site teams and ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance. Manage multiple commercial construction projects valued between $1 M-$30 M - Lead Superintendents and maintain accountability for field execution. Report directly to the Executive Vice President. Coordinate with a Project Coordinator for administrative and documentation support. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client communication. Travel to project sites as needed, including occasional out-of-state assignments. Work primarily from the office with site visits as required. Utilize construction technology platforms to manage projects effectively. Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Experience with self-storage, grocery, or industrial projects preferred.
