What We Offer. Join our 26-member Patient Placement Team, supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving smoothly.?? What You’ll Do. Triage calls & transfers like a pro. Coordinate ?? air and ?? ground transport. Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams. Manage patient placement across hospitals?? Schedule 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week)Rotating holidays (2 major 1 minor)No call shifts ??? What We’re Looking For. RN with 2 years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus)Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skills. Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians. Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred. Licensure/ Certification: Current RN license, required.
