Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline(Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) 8 years of engineering experience with a BS, and 6 years of experience with a Master's in areas such as design, process, manufacturing, or quality engineering Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Experience leading or managing technical teams in a complex, cross-functional environment. Experience in a formal engineering management or senior leadership role Background in facilities engineering, infrastructure design, or industrial systems Experience supporting large-scale capital projects (design, installation, budget, and schedule ownership) Knowledge of construction management, estimating, and project execution practices Familiarity with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience working with propellants, energetics, or explosive environments. Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
