CERTIFICATION & LICENSURERN - Registered Nurse of California - California Department of Consumer Affairs Required or. BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association or American Red Cross Required. DEPARTMENT-SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE - Each employee must successfully complete the Department Specific Requirements:ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (within six (6) months of start date). Interpretation of Basic Arrhythmia Test (within six (6) months of start date).12 Lead EKG Interpretation Exam (within six (6) months of start date). Anti-Arrhythmic / Hemodynamic Drug Test (within six (6) months of start date). EXPERIENCE - Minimum of six (6) months area specific acute care experience within the last two (2) years Preferred.
