What you’ll do: Greet patients and schedule appointments Register patients and maintain accurate records Review and collect financial responsibility Update EMR and communicate with providers Balance cash drawers and daily logs Support staffing, training, and process improvements What you’ll need: High School Diploma/ GED or 3 years of customer service or healthcare experience Lead with purpose.
