The Intern will be responsible for supporting the demand planning team in various tasks related to forecasting, inventory management, and process improvement to ensure that the company meets its business goals and objectives. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess Assist in developing demand forecasts and inventory plans Support SCM Planner by managing purchase orders, verifying delivery dates, monitoring stock levels, and recommending reorder points Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and detect changes in demand patterns Prepare and present reports providing insights into demand patterns and inventory levels to facilitate decision-making Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports for effective communication with stakeholders. Support in creating the annual inventory budget Contribute to the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business KPIs Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to demand planning processes and procedures Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in data analysis. Communicating regularly with key stakeholders, including the demand planning team, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making. Attend training sessions and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills. Program Requirement(s): Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree throughout the entirety of the internship.
