The Senior Manager, Business Resilience is a key member of the Business Resilience Department within Enterprise Workplace Solutions and serves a critical role in enterprise crisis management. This position works across all divisions to develop, maintain, and continuously improve crisis management processes and plans to enable the firm to continue operating during disruptions such as outages, emergencies, or system failures. The ideal candidate will bring experience working cross-functionally or demonstrate the ability to effectively navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making. This role frequently operates in the gray, where situations may be evolving and not all information is immediately available. As such, flexibility, sound judgment, and comfort with ambiguity are essential. This role plays a hands-on part in crisis preparedness, response coordination, and post-incident recovery, helping ensure the organization is ready to respond confidently and effectively when unexpected events occur. What You Will Do: Contribute to the establishment of the firm's risk framework and supporting its implementation in Crisis Management. Build out the Crisis Management Program through documentation, maintenance, and embedding of the program enhancements in business areas. Support business areas by educating about the Crisis Management Program and assisting with assessing business impacts and building mitigation strategies. Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments and engage with leaders at varying levels of the organization. Leverage management reporting, summaries, and recommendations to manage risks and make trade-offs - - Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday. - - Current home-based associates please note: Even as a hybrid posted role you are eligible to apply and, if selected, may retain your home-based status. Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Services, or a related field 6 years of experience in Risk Management, Business Resilience, Technology, or related disciplines. Experience in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Third Party Resilience, and/or Risk Management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) certification, or willingness to obtain. Preferred. Masters degree (e.g., MBA)Financial Services industry experience
