First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00 am to 04:00 pm)Prepare orders ticket based upon customer request of items & quantities. Input receipt of inbound goods. Check-in inbound/outbound carriers & assign bay door. Prepare Bill of Lading for outbound shipments. Post completed orders in our internal inventory system along with customer portal. Communicate via phone/email with customers regarding inquiries and special requests. Heavy data inputting & experience with online portals. Logistics Clerk Qualifications:Must have above average customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication. Must have excellent data entry. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
