The Spa Receptionist creates exceptional first and last impressions for our spa guests by delivering warm, proactive, and personalized service. This role is responsible for managing guest arrivals and departures, scheduling treatments, selling and handling retail transactions, and supporting the daily administrative operations of the spa. You will play a key role in ensuring each guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and cared for—while consistently upholding Four Seasons service standards. What You Will Do Welcome spa guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a relaxed and luxurious arrival and departure experience. Schedule spa treatments efficiently using Book 4 Time, ensuring optimal use of therapist availability while honoring guest preferences. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spa treatments, services, memberships, and retail products, including gift certificates. Support retail sales by continuing therapist home-care recommendations and offering gift-wrapping services. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually impeccable spa reception and retail environment. Receiving and setting up retail items into storage or display. Perform cashiering and administrative duties, including end-of-day reporting and inventory support. Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, escalating to management when appropriate. Collaborate with spa therapists, attendants, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with spa attendant team and occasionally accompany guests into the lockers and assist with relaxation room set up and usage. Participate in spa trainings, team meetings, and special events, including pop-up spa receptions. Showcase positive, welcoming, empathetic and caring environment. Capable to carry and push 20 pounds. What You Bring Experience working in a luxury spa, hotel, or guest-focused hospitality environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service. Ability to stay organized, calm, and professional in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using computer systems, including scheduling, point-of-sale, and email platforms. Comfortable with multi tasking. Knowledge of Book 4 Time or similar spa scheduling systems preferred. Bilingual skills are considered an asset. Flexibility to support operational needs, including weekends, holidays, early morning or later evening shifts.
