Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment, operations, or project management. Self-starter with the ability to deliver without requiring significant oversight. Highly collaborative, able to build mutually beneficial relationships with delivery teams. Comfortable with uncertainty, with the drive to establish order and structure. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven engagement with excellent follow-through skills. Ability to work in a mission-critical environment and prioritize tasks. Desired Characteristics:Experience working with global teams.
