Licensed and ready: Valid driver’s license. Clean track record: 3 or fewer violations or accidents in 3 years. Road experience: At least 1 year of CDL driving, within the past 3 years. DOT-wise: Safety checks and regs in your blood. Capable: Lift (up to) 75 lbs. to move freight if needed.
