THE JOB:As an on-call Uniform Attendant at Luxor Hotel, you will support team members by providing friendly, reliable customer service related to uniform distribution, exchanges, and issue resolution. You will help ensure employees are properly outfitted, prepared, and professional so they can focus on delivering exceptional service that supports the Luxor guest experience, while maintaining a welcoming and professional service environment. THE STARTING RATE: $22.0886/ Hour. THE DAY-TO-DAY:Assist guest with all uniform related needs and provide excellent customer service consistent with the company and propertys core service standards and brand attributes. Maintain all uniform inventory including, but not limited to: assigned garments, garments going to and from the cleaners, and standing inventory. Work with uniform inventory software to maintain employee and inventory records, including applying barcodes/ RFID chips and name labels. Operate conveyor system, heat-seal, pressing equipment, and other uniform related machinery including commercial washing machines and steam irons where applicable. Assist with receiving new uniform inventory and discarding unusable items. Adhere to all Health Department, OSHA, sanitations, and safety regulations to include chemical usage for spotting. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:18 years of age 1 Years of Prior Relevant Experience, Similar position/environment preferred.
