Of Position: To provide office assistance to the School of Education/ Field Experience Office Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with administrative activities for the masters/specialist programs. Track Online Professional Student data. Maintain Online Professional Student Evidence such as internship and practicum hours. Work closely with other Student Workers in the office to collect, review, and organize syllabi every semester. Meet and greet students and answer their questions in a highly professional manner. Redirect students to the correct professor or department on campus. Collect and compile data for reports. Assemble materials for booklets and handouts for professors. Record information. Develop and update files. Proctor examinations in the absence of a professor. Assist School of Education office manager with various jobs such as filing, answering phones, typing documents, preparing correspondence, data entry, etc. Job Qualifications:Keyboarding skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Mail Merge, Google Drive, One Drive, and Canvas. Ability to work with faculty, staff, students and stakeholders in a highly professional manner. Must submit your resume and cover letter to be considered for this position.
