Pay Range:$34.00 - $51.00 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multispecialty Care team. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands on acute patient care at the bedside. Position Specifics: o Department: Float o Core Function: Nursing o Schedule: Rotating, 36 hrs/wk, 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00 o Facility: St John’s Hospital o Location: Springfield, IL - Registered Nurses (RNs) are incredibly important members of the medical team who have the humbling task of caring for our patients. RNs not only provide high-quality medical care but they also provide a healing touch and a compassionate presence to patients and their families during joyful stressful and uncertain times. RNs in the float pool have the added responsibility of moving between hospitals and to different units when high patient census or other factors require additional assistance in certain departments or units. Education. Diploma or Associates degree in nursing is required. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Experience 1 year of relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in specialty area is preferred. Certificates Licenses Registrations. Illinois: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required. Wisconsin: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Certification in area of specialty is preferred but in some cases may be required to float.
