Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure) is a plus. Responsibilities: Lead & manage software implementation and development responsibilities for various software applications in the Supply Chain space. Establish trust and build relationships with senior-level stakeholders across functional areas within the business. Lead & manage functional and technical teams to deliver well-designed, scalable enterprise applications. Provide expertise and recommend solutions to complex functional and technical issues. Formalize standards and best practices for various software design patterns, execution approaches, stakeholder management, etc. Lead, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and options for software development. Ability to manage tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. Drive cross-functional alignment between merchandising, supply chain, and IT to support transformation. Represent IT Supply Chain in steering committees and strategic planning forums. Collaborate with Application Support and Product teams to drive timely resolution of system issues and prioritize enhancement opportunities. Collaborate with enterprise architecture to validate solution designs against technical standards and business objectives. Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules. Responsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other tasks as assigned. Support Solution Architects in developing technical designs and documentation. Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications. Participate in requirements gathering sessions and contribute to solution discussions. Create and maintain integration diagrams and technical documentation. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards. Learn and apply architecture principles and guardrails in solution design. Contribute to tech debt identification and backlog management. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on proposed solutions. Develop a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and safety rules. Participate in innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives. Support proof-of-concept (POC) and prototype development under the guidance of senior architects. Assist in documenting innovation initiatives, outcomes, and lessons learned. Research emerging technologies as assigned and summarize findings for the team. Collaborate with delivery teams to pilot innovative solutions in a controlled environment.
