The Support Services Liaison:Prepares invoices for approval by Assistant Director and enters approved invoices into system for payment. Procures supplies for Support Services storage closet and copy room. Researches and orders any item required to be tracked and followed up until delivery. Researches contractors and vendors for Maintenance and Support Services projects and repairs as needed. Assists in obtaining quotes and bids for needed products and services and assists with scheduling contractors as needed. Compiles reports for Maintenance and Support Services including ServiceNow requests, master schedule and monthly inspections. Ships and tracks documents and/or packages to vendors. Assists Maintenance leadership with ServiceNow requests. Assist Maintenance with transportation for vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups to service centers and any necessary follow-up. Obtains vehicle tags and registration on new vehicles and ensures current vehicle registrations are up-to-date and maintained. Performs administrative functions relating to operations including reports and record keeping. Ensures compliance with all relevant/required regulations and programs both internally and externally. Updates and maintains facilities shared site and maintains records in required binders. Updates phone lists and email groups as needed. Maintains Support Services grid and on-call calendar. Performs other duties as assigned. Additional Information:This position requires prolonged periods of walking and standing as well as use of hands to handle or feel objects, tools, and controls. Applicants must be able to regularly lift and/or move 10 to 50 pounds. Applicants are required to complete Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) and CPR trainings. Applicants must possess a current, valid driver’s license. Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent (required)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
