Associate Chief Nursing Officer Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $167,000 $251,000 annually Boulder Community Health is seeking an Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) who provides strategic leadership and oversight for nursing and patient care services. The role is accountable for advancing nursing practice, patient outcomes, quality, safety, workforce performance, and operational excellence in alignment with professional standards and organizational priorities. The ACNO promotes a collaborative professional practice environment, ensures a consistent standard of nursing care across the organization, and supports the delivery of safe, equitable, high-quality, and financially sustainable care. Communication Relationship Management Communicates transparently across all levels; builds strong interdisciplinary partnerships and fosters collaboration, alignment, and effective conflict resolution. 5. Quality, Safety Regulatory Oversight Leads quality and safety efforts using data-driven decision-making; ensures compliance with regulatory standards and integrates evidence, innovation, and population health strategies to improve outcomes. 6. Financial Workforce Leadership Oversees financial and operational resources; leads workforce strategy including recruitment, retention, development, and succession planning while ensuring accountability for clinical and financial outcomes.
