Furniture. Move and assemble furniture and appliances in residential rooms and lounges. Duties could include setting up rooms, moving furniture from one area to another, and organizing storage rooms throughout campus. Repair. Inspect, remove, maintain, and repair furniture in residential rooms and lounges. May include minor carpentry repairs on furniture and facilities and preparing rooms for occupancy. Repairs are performed using basic hand tools and all proper use will be taught. Grounds. Rake, weed, and general cleanup. Requirements. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Candidates should have a general understanding of power and hand tools. Be able to perform and understand basic repairs. Lift 25 pounds. Work well autonomously. Excellent organizational skills.
