As a Medical Laboratory Scientist Supervisor, you'll get to:Promote a work team environment and participate as an active team member. Ensure all lab functions are covered (hire, supervisor, train, maintain team schedules). Review and evaluation production and quality of all products. Requirements:KNOWLEDGE/ EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, medical technology or clinical laboratory science required. LICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS - Certification as a Medical Technologist by a recognized certifying agency required or CLIA equivalent for high complexity testing required. BB or SBB preferred. State licensure (as required by regulations). EXPERIENCEOne year of laboratory experience required. Two years supervisory experience preferred.
