Provide leadership and oversight of outpatient and PHP programs serving adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders Supervise, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, fostering professional growth and accountability Conduct clinical assessments, assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses, and guide treatment planning and implementation Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and regular staff supervision (individual and group) Drive program development and strategic growth initiatives to meet community needs Monitor key performance indicators including access to care, engagement, clinical outcomes, and staff satisfaction Ensure compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards (e.g., CARF) Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, including chart audits and documentation reviews Oversee site operations in collaboration with senior leadership, including workflow optimization and service delivery Support budget awareness and resource management to align with organizational goals Respond to client crises and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support program success Supervisory Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and leadership to clinical and support staff Foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement Support hiring, training, and staff development initiatives Qualifications Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field Active Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required) Minimum 5 years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting Strong knowledge of co-occurring disorders and outpatient/ PHP levels of care Experience with regulatory standards and accreditation processes (e.g., CARF) Demonstrated ability to balance clinical leadership with operational responsibilities Commitment to evidence-based practices and high-quality client care Why Join High Focus Centers?
