Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service Will assist guests with cash, room, and credit card transactions Performs food-handling and service duties Answers questions relating to all F&B products Serving guests in pool areas, indoors in the restaurant, and completing multiple deliveries of food orders throughout the property Any other tasks that may be assigned EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED Cash-handling experience preferred Serving experience with a sense of urgency and accuracy CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Food Handler's and an alcohol awareness card are required within 30 days of employment QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years old Must have a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience Minimum one year of serving experience required, more is a plus Food delivery experience desired Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and be comfortable using POS computers for inputting transactions Must have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have comprehensive menu knowledge with the ability to up-sell items Must be able to clearly speak, write, and understand the English language Must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand work environment Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions At Holiday Inn Club Vacations, we believe in strengthening families.
