About the Role Window Nation is seeking a Part-time Event Sales Representative to engage directly with homeowners at community events, festivals, home shows, and other high-traffic local venues. In this role, you will represent the brand, start conversations with prospective customers, and generate qualified leads and in-home appointments for the sales team. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to build skills in sales, communication, and customer engagement. Paid training is provided, and customer-facing experience from retail, hospitality, food service, promotions, canvassing, or similar environments is highly transferable. We're hiring in the Dallas-metro region and surrounding areas, including Fort Worth. What You’ll Do Represent Window Nation professionally at home shows, fairs, festivals, farmers markets, and similar events Engage attendees and start conversations with homeowner Generate interest in Window Nation products and services Capture lead information and schedule complimentary in-home appointments Answer basic customer questions using approved messaging and qualifying guidelines Create energy and visibility at the booth to increase brand awareness and event engagement Work toward individual and team performance goals in a high-interaction environment What an Event Day Looks Like: Travel to local events (home shows, festivals, markets) Set up branded displays and materials Spend most of your shift on your feet, talking with customers (6–8 hours) Capture lead info and keep things organized Pack up and break down at the end of the event Schedule: Evenings and weekends (peak event times) Hours: 10–30 hours/week, including at least 2 weekends per month Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time; up to 6 hours during event.
