QA Analyst Bravo. Tech a Leader in Staff Augmentation is seeking a Mid–Senior Level QA Analyst to support a high-impact eCommerce website testing team. This role focuses on validating digital experiences across front-end, back-end, and integrated systems within a Retail and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environment. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in manual and automated testing, deep understanding of eCommerce workflows, and hands-on experience with SFCC platforms. Key Responsibilities Partner with IT, developers, and business stakeholders to define testing requirements Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases Ensure traceability between requirements and test artifacts Perform: Functional testing Integration testing Regression testing Performance and usability testing Identify, document, and track defects through resolution Conduct root cause analysis and initial debugging Validate bug fixes and enhancements Manage and maintain test environments Lead test planning, scheduling, and execution strategies Support Agile/ Scrum ceremonies, including sprint demos and UAT Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for testing alignment Provide post-release validation and production support Maintain detailed documentation (test cases, scripts, data sets) Required Qualifications 10 years of QA experience in: eCommerce platforms Website and backend application testing Order Management Systems 7 years of automation testing experience using tools such as: Selenium Postman Soap. UI J - Meter Appium Cucumber Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing Solid understanding of: Test Pyramid (Unit, Integration, E 2 E) SDLC and Agile methodologies Hands-on experience with: REST and SOAP APIs Automated test script development and execution Strong defect management and debugging skills Preferred Qualifications Retail industry experience (highly preferred), including: Store operations Merchandising Warehouse/distribution Marketing or finance systems Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Soft Skills Excellent communication (written and verbal) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in fast-paced Agile environments Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and quality mindset Must be US Citizen or GC Local to DFW Must work onsite 3 to 4 days a week Must have reliable transportation
