Requirements 1 Years of Body Repair Experience or comparable education. Valid Drivers License. Comprehensive background check. Pre-Employment Hair Drug Screen (Marijuana is a disqualification of employment)We provide the support for our body shop and paint repair technicians to advance their skillset and careers through continuous training and development. Diploma in vehicle maintenance from vocational or trade school a plus. Possess customer service & computer skills. Ability to read & understand repair manuals. Ability to multitask & work as a team. Must possess the tools required to accomplish the essential job results required. Mechanic Responsibilities: Perform bodywork repair with minimum supervision. Perform troubleshooting on minor problems. Ensure proper care of company tools/equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Maintain a positive & proactive work environment.
