Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a General Assembler in Toledo, OH. This role will support trailer production through hands-on fabrication, assembly, and finishing tasks. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and comfort working with tools and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! Available shifts 1st shift- 5 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Thursday (overtime when needed on Friday)Duties and Responsibilities:Use hand and power tools including drills, wrenches, and grinders Read and accurately use a tape measure for fabrication and assembly tasks Wire trailer lighting systems Apply stencils, decals, and labels accurately to finished product Perform sanding, grinding, and weld cleanup Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning oils and debris from steel Support general assembly and production tasks as needed Maintain quality and attention to detail throughout all work. Requirements and Qualifications:Experience with hand and power tools Proficient in tape measure usage and basic measurement skills Ability to follow instructions and work with accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable with hands-on, physical manufacturing work Previous assembly or fabrication experience preferred but not required.
