Shadow and train with experienced Center Directors to gain a comprehensive understanding of center operations, including sales processes, marketing strategies, and financial management. Learn and implement C 2 Education's curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student assessment procedures. Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, teachers, and other staff members. Participate in sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, community outreach, and enrollment consultations. Assist with the management of the center staff, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback. Learn and adhere to C 2 Education's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Contribute to the overall success of the center by achieving student performance goals and meeting business targets. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in education and management. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective families and community partners. Manage student schedules and track their progress, providing regular updates to parents. Assist with administrative tasks, such as record keeping, data entry, and inventory management. Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community.
