Key Responsibilities Locate, use, and comprehend manufacturer installation and operation manuals. Perform inspections to identify necessary corrective actions. Conduct PMI and assemble, test, and troubleshoot valves and other equipment. Install instrumentation and accessories as necessary. Operate diagnostic equipment and perform calibration of measurement equipment. Measure and record critical dimensions per manufacturer specifications. Work Environment Fast-paced and noisy with long-standing hours. Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently up to 50 lbs. Workshop setting. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of related experience. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions. Proficiency in reading calipers and gauges. Hydro testing valve experience. Preferences Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Control valve assembly experience. Calibrating and testing experience of valves. Good communication skills and reliability. Shifts 1st Shift: 7 am to 3 pm, Monday - Friday. Opportunities for overtime and weekends.
