HR Coordinator - Global Mobility & Immigration Join our dynamic team at our headquarters in the vibrant city of San Francisco, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with global mobility and immigration processes in a fast-paced, innovative environment. What You'll Do: Draft assignment letters, business invitation letters, and letters of support. Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines. Maintain the recruiting portion of the Green Card process. Communicate reimbursement policies and processes to employees. Assist with onboarding reports and collect work authorization documents. Aid in the creation and formatting of training guides and process maps. Facilitate file transfers between vendors and ensure data integrity through routine audits. Adhere to department-level policies and answer employee questions. Work on special projects, maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional environment. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly the Google suite. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster professional relationships. Preferences: Exposure to Global Mobility or Immigration processes. Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems. Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Proficient multitasking capabilities with strong prioritization and time management skills. Inherent curiosity and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
