Provide coordination and leadership in the development and implementation of programs for students with disabilities in the least restrictive environment. Provide support services and technical assistance to staff. Essential Duties 1. Develop and implement programs for students with disabilities (birth 21)2. Develop alternative programs for school-age students 3. Design and provide staff development programs 4. Provide guidance on instructional strategies, curriculum, and legal requirements 5. Attend IEP/staffing meetings involving district resources 6. Facilitate student placements as needed 7. Collaborate with specialists and leadership for program continuity 8. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards 9. Coordinate with agencies to provide services 10. Support technology integration in instruction 11. Assist teachers with strategies and technology use 12. Use data to support student interventions 13. Provide input on improving technology use 14. Recommend curriculum and digital content. Other Duties. Assume responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:Master\s Degree. SC Certification (Special Education or School Psychologist II or III preferred)Minimum of 5 years teaching experience Physical Requirements.
