Build and maintain CI/ CD pipelines to support reliable development, testing, and deployment of AI-based applications. Ensure applications follow secure software development practices (e.g., secure SDLC / SSDF), including authentication, authorization, and proper use of encryption for data in transit and at rest. Collaborate closely with AI/ ML, AI platform, domain, and product teams across multiple business units. Translate complex technical capabilities into usable, scalable, and production-ready application experiences. Ensure high standards for usability, reliability, performance, and maintainability. Contribute to application-level architecture decisions and help define patterns for scalable AI experiences. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5 years of experience building production-grade full-stack applications. Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) and designing user interfaces for technical users. Backend development experience using Python and/or Node.js, including building scalable services. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures. Experience building data-driven applications that ingest, process, and visualize complex data. Experience with CI/ CD practices to support build, test, and deployment of production software applications. Experience applying secure software development practices (e.g., secure SDLC / SSDF), including authentication, authorization, and encryption. Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, debugging, testing, and performance considerations. Experience working in production codebases and collaborating in cross-functional engineering teams. Ability to translate complex technical workflows into intuitive and usable application experiences
