Trainer/ Educator Train and Educate associates on all Legend Senior Living standards, programs, and processes Provide post-training session reports and follow-up on progress outcomes Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers Become a certified trainer with NCCDP and develop and deliver annual CDP training company wide Develop and maintain a working knowledge of guidelines and regulations for operations in each state Assists in developing and updating company training content for all company training programs Participate in and lead the Train-the-Trainer Workshop for Work Friends; analyze Work Friends effectiveness and implement change as needed to enhance program success Locate, prepare, update and create Legend Senior Living training documents Implement and execute training evaluations consistently for all training events Use a variety of teaching and delivery methods to engage all learning styles Identify Associates that have demonstrated knowledge, ability, & desire for growth and advancement. Requirements Requirements--Trainer/ Educator Required: This position must have experience working and teaching adults in a work environment Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Required: Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications--Trainer/ Educator Prefer: Bachelor's degree in education, business or related discipline Prefer: Experience in Senior Living or similar healthcare setting Prefer: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
