Requirements Requirements--Health Care Director Specialist Required: Current nursing license in the state Preferred: Previous experience in the Personal Care, Assisted Living, Memory care setting Required: Previous supervisory experience which includes management, coaching and health care services. Required: The ability to travel to different locations in a region, some to require overnight stays depending on where the associate resides Required: prior experience as a RN or LPN/ LVN Required: Require ability to read, speak, and write English clearly Prefered: prior experience in supervising direct care staff.
