Lead end-to-end research and design efforts from discovery to delivery, including scoping, planning, workshop facilitation, prioritization, tracking, and managing multiple projects simultaneously - Plan and conduct generative and evaluative research; synthesize and communicate actionable findings effectively; produce research artifacts such as journey maps and reports - Meet with stakeholders and users to identify research and design opportunities - Partner with multiple product pods, working closely with product, engineering, and other designers to create concepts and designs, gather feedback and rapidly iterate, set OK - Rs, and measure work - Ensure designs are informed by research and address business and stakeholder needs - Follow established research and design processes and ensure designs are aligned with design systems and standards - Deliver design assets, including experience visions, wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagrams - Contribute to the research and design community of practice and advocate for human-centered design practices - 75% design 25% research " ][ "Minimum Qualifications\r\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field\r\n- 4 years of professional experience in research, service design, systems thinking, and/or product design\r\n- Strong knowledge of human-centered design (HCD) principles and experience applying a variety of methods to meet the needs of users and business stakeholders\r\n- Experience conducting research, from informal user feedback sessions to structured qualitative studies, including interviews and evaluative research\r\n- Experience designing within complex ecosystems, such as omnichannel services, in-house applications, or office, clinical, or enterprise software\r\n- Ability to work in ambiguous spaces, identify design opportunities, and iteratively evaluate and refine concepts\r\n- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders, and to manage research and design feedback\r\n- Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to incorporate the voice of the user, articulate the value of HCD, and tie back to business outcomes\r\n- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\r\n- 2 years experience mentoring other researchers and designers\r\n- 3 years experience with Figma and Fig. Jam\r\n- Experience should specifically be in designing websites and web based applications, rather than mobile applications.\r\n - - Portfolio required: Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume, including both research and design case studies or examples - - \r\n\r\n\r\n. Preferred Qualifications\r\n- Experience working in an innovation pod or start-up environment\r\n- Experience designing integrations using established design systems and libraries; familiarity with EHR design systems is a plus\r\n- Experience designing for healthcare systems and clinical workflows is a plus\r\n- Experience with quantitative research methods is a plus\r\n- Experience designing AI-enabled applications is a plus\r\n\r\n.
